To enroll in the Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy programs, you need to have a high school diploma or GED. No prior healthcare experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive, hands-on training to prepare you for the workforce.

Medical Assistant Program: 6 months (full-time).

Phlebotomy Certification: 7 weeks (full-time) or 16 weeks (part-time).

CPR, BLS, & HeartSaver First Aid Courses: 2.5-4.5 hrs, depending on the course and certification level.

BLS & HeartSaver Instructor Courses: 2-5 days.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds for CPR, BLS, or HeartSaver courses are only available if Chicago Healthcare Institute cancels the class. For other programs, we adhere to our refund policy, which is in compliance with IBHE regulations.

Yes! You can enroll in multiple courses at the same time, provided the schedules don’t conflict. However, we recommend you discuss your course load with our team to ensure you can manage the training and maximize your success.
